Black Loose Leaf Tea
We have a excellent variety of Premium Quality Black Loose Leaf Tea. All of our black loose leaf teas offer a variety of rich aromas, and excellent flavours. Our black loose leaf teas are all premium quality tea that is in the top 10% of its growing region.
Black tea, usually stronger in flavour and higher in caffeine is made from tea leaves which are more heavily oxidized than green or oolong teas.
While Green Tea has increased in popularity, Black tea accounts for 90% of all tea sold in North America.
Tipically, black loose leaf teas should be prepared with freshly boiled water and steeped 3-4 minutes or 4-5 minutes for black tea served with lemon or milk.
