English Breakfast Loose Leaf Tea is a traditional tea that is great served with breakfast.

Origin: Sri Lanka

Ingredients: Premium Black tea

Hot tea brewing: Bring water to a rolling boil. Place 2 -4 tsp into the pot. Pour boiling water in the teapot and allow to steep for 2-4 min. Add milk (not cream) and sugar to taste.

Iced tea brewing: (1L) Place 5 tsp tea into a heat resistant pitcher. Pour 1 1/4 cups of boiled water and steep for 5 min. Quarter fill a serving pitcher with cold water. Pour the tea into the serving pitcher while straining the leaves. Add ice and top up the pitcher with cold water. Garnish and sweeten to taste. Note: ta may ten to go cloudy or milky when poured over ice. This is a perfectly normal characteristic of some high quality black teas.
