Superb green tea blended with fresh Indian spices for real chai. Delicious, expecially with milk and sugar.

Origin: Sri Lanka

Ingredients: green tea, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, curry leaves, lemon grass, cumin, sweet cumin, corriander.

Hot tea brewing: Bring freshly drawn water to a boil. Place 1 heaping tsp/cup in a teapot. Pour boiling water over tea, cover and steep for 5-10 min. For true "Chai" steep at least 7 min. While steeping place 2 tsp sugar and milk into cup. Add tea to cup.
