DEFECTS: Defective items must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Totally TEA-riffic will exchange the defective item(s) if reported within 14 days. Some items may have a natural flaw which is not considered a defect. Totally TEA-riffic will not be liable for defective items NOT reported within the 14 day policy.

Food products are not returnable. Opened tea is not returnable.

You can return unused/undamaged goods that are returned in the exact condition they were sent out in within 14 days of receipt for any reason. We will credit you the full amount of the goods value but not the shipping charges.
